K2K is not responsible for alterations. Swtiching of garments is not permitted at Costume Collection. However, after all costumes are collected, if there is capacity and/or if there is the size in stock, K2K will do its best to accomodate a switching request
All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits will not be refunded for incidents beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to personal decisions to cancel the order, natural disasters / epidemics, pandemics, unexpected inclement weather, changes in government policy etc. No exception will be made.
The Carnival package includes garments for Carnival Monday + Carnival Tuesday.
All packages will be collected in Trinidad at the Showroom, 22 Oleander Row, Victoria Gardens, Diego Martin, Trinidad, at Costume Collection. There is NO delivery option currently.
