For Carnival Monday the band is portraying the Desert Lily. The diagram on the back of the dress is the alchemist symbol for salt. Ancient alchemists valued salt as a crucial element in alchemical processes and its symbol was a circle containing a horizontal line through its diameter.

The Desert Lily is an adaptive flower that is able to thrive in harsh environments. It symbolizes excellence and overcoming challenges
Desert Lilies grow on dry, sandy flats and washes in the Sonoran and eastern Mojave Desert. Over time they have adapted to a desert environment, staying below ground in dry years and shooting up from a bulb when conditions are favorable

CARNIVAL MONDAY 2024 PRE-REGISTRATION
For the first time, K2K Alliance & Partners is allowing pre-registration for our Carnival Monday Package. Registration will open from Friday 8th September thru Saturday September 30th. Please note that late registration for Carnival Monday will not be available.
REGULAR masqueraders partaking in the 2-day experience, your RTW-M will be included in your Carnival package (as usual)
